1.Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the product meets the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • The item is unused, free of wear, stains, or creases
    The original packaging is intact, including brand box, tags, and accessories
    The item is an authentic Pleasboxbag product purchased from our official website (please do not return items not purchased from us)

Please note: Final-sale items, free gifts, and customized products are not eligible for return.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The item has been used or shows signs of damage
    Original packaging or tags are missing
    The return request is submitted after the 30-day period
    Delivery failure was caused by incorrect address provided by the customer

2.Return Process

1.Submit a Request

  • Your order number
    Reason for return
    Clear photos of the item and its packaging

2.Review & Approval

We will review your return request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3.Ship the Item Back

Please carefully repackage the item and ship it back using a trackable courier service. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4.Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 6 business days. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.


3.Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, your refund will:

  • Be returned to your original payment method
    Arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

Please Note:

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
    For returns due to personal reasons (not quality-related), the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility

4.Product Quality Issues

If you receive an item with any of the following issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Item is damaged, broken, or has severe scratches
    Incorrect model or color sent
    Missing packaging or accessories

Please provide clear photos as evidence. We will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.


5.Order Cancellation

Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it via “My Account” or the guest order page and receive a full refund within 14 business days.


6.Return Address Notice

Please do not send returns to the original shipping label address.
That location is not a return center. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.


7.Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure items are properly packaged when returning
    We are not responsible for refund failures due to damage during return shipping
    We do not offer refunds for packages returned due to incorrect or missing delivery information provided by the customer
